Noxolo Kahlana

Associate Researcher

Former founder and MD of Energy House ZA, a renewable energy projects development and investment company and founder of Phakama Sizwe running healing conversations for the nation. Noxolo has a BCom from Rhodes, MA in Social development from Sussex (UK) through Nelson Mandela scholarship and an MBA from GIBS. She has worked in the development sector for over 15 years for different companies like Accenture, BHP Billiton, Trialogue, BAT (SA) and Cennergi, an IPP owned by Exxaro and Tata Power. She is a former Board member at City Power in the city of Joburg and served a 3-year term as Chairperson of Southern African females in energy efficiency, and former exco member at South African National Energy Association and currently a trustee in Eastern Cape Education Development Trust. Noxolo is passionate about sustainable community development, youth development and inspiring young entrepreneurs.
