Auburn University visit to CAPSI

On the 8th of April, CAPSI hosted 14 students and 2 faculty members from Auburn University on a visit to our facilities at Wits Business School in Johannesburg.

Students from Auburn University’s Public Policy and Public Administration unit are required to complete an international site visit for a period of 2 weeks as part of their studies to see non-profits in action. This year, they visited Johannesburg. In previous years they have visited Ghana and Liberia, each of these conducted to expose students to non-profits and public policy in action in Africa.

CAPSI has been engaging with the University for other projects thus they seized the opportunity to facilitate a visit for their students to visit the Centre and gain a deeper understanding of our research, academic offerings and special project offerings.
