Nadia Ahidjo Nadia Ahidjo is a Pan African feminist leader with strong expertise in feminist global development and a passion for leading diverse teams, towards advancing gender justice and social inclusion, including in complex contexts. She frequently provides expertise to leading, and diverse, institutions to drive philanthropy, advocacy, and policy initiatives. She demonstrates strong technical leadership evidenced by material contributions to the field, including insightful publications, impactful philanthropic projects, and extensive advisory experience in and with leading African institutions, foundations, governments, private sector, and non-governmental organisations. Her experience includes grant management, program and project design and strategy development, writing, and communications; which are elevated by a firm commitment to the amplification of African feminist voices. She develops and tracks lasting partnerships often using co-creation and co-implementation techniques to maximise ownership and impact.
