During the month of March, our Research and Publications portfolios launched the Research Report Spotlight Series. This is a platform for researchers and the broader academic community who write about new narratives of African philanthropy and social investment to unpack the findings of their research and interact with a community of practitioners and academics who have an engaged interest in the topic.
It is our way of bringing voices together in the academic community to contribute to its growth and the knowledge building of African Philanthropy Studies.
The first edition offered attendees a deeper insights into High-Net-Worth Individuals in various African countries namely, Liberia, Sierra Leone, Lesotho, Eswatini, Malawi, Namibia, Mauritius, Zimbabwe and South Africa through studies conducted by research report authors Tendai Murisa and Asabea Ahwireng-Obeng.
